The Jerusalem Magistrates’ Court on Tuesday extended the detention of two suspects arrested on Yom Kippur eve on suspicion of conspiring to carry out an attempted stabbing attack on Jerusalem’s Neviim Street near the Old City. The police wanted to extend their detention by nine days. The terrorist who attempted to carry out the attack, a 26-year-old Palestinian from Qalandiya, was shot to death.
